Privacy Policy
Last updated · 17 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Engage200 ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, dashboard and services (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email and workspace details when you sign up.
- Social account credentials: the username and (where you choose automatic sign-in) password for accounts you connect. Credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to keep your account signed in on its device.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we keep only limited details (such as the card brand and last four digits) returned by Stripe.
- Usage data: jobs you configure, runtime consumed, device and proxy metadata, and operational logs needed to run and meter the Service.
2. How we use information
We use the information to provide, operate, secure and improve the Service: to provision devices and IPs, run the tasks you configure, complete identity steps a platform may request, meter usage, process payments, provide support and prevent abuse.
3. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contract and only as needed, including: Stripe (payments), our cloud-phone and proxy providers (to provision and operate devices and IPs), and AI providers (to read on-screen state during sign-in and to draft content you request). We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When you remove an account, its device is torn down; you can request deletion of your workspace data by contacting us.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption of credentials at rest and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
