These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Engage200 service, websites and applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Engage200 provisions isolated cloud-based mobile devices and residential IP addresses for social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and runs automated tasks (such as warm-up browsing, engagement and scheduled posting) that you configure. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the activity you configure.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may only connect social media accounts that you own or have explicit permission to operate. You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies and applicable laws of each platform you connect, and for any consequences arising from automated activity you enable.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party rights; send spam, scams, or unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; harass or impersonate others; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or evade platform security in ways that are illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
The Service is usage-based. Device runtime is sold as prepaid "minutes," and residential IPs are billed per IP. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. Prepaid minutes are non-refundable except where required by law and do not expire. Proxy and device charges are billed as described at checkout. Prices may change with notice for future purchases.
You may stop using the Service and remove accounts at any time from your dashboard. Removing an account stops its device and frees its resources. Unused prepaid minutes remain on your balance.
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (cloud-phone, proxy and AI providers) and the social platforms themselves, which may change or restrict access at any time. We provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular outcome on any platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engage200 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, accounts, or platform standing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may terminate by ceasing use and closing your workspace.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
